In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Durham; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in North Carolina are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 10:30 am–10 pm. Note that it does not open on Tuesday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. I landed in North Carolina tonight and stumbled upon a seafood restaurant where both the service and the food were truly top-notchβ€”and the portion sizes were just right. I highly recommend their signature "Crab Sea" sauce; it’s a perfect combination of fresh shrimp and large snow crab legs. The menu features a wide variety of specialty dishes, so you’re sure to find something that suits your taste. I will definitely be back!

After a very disappointing meal from [intentionally left blank], a Chinese restaurant in Pittsburgh, I had to get some get back from another Chinese restaurant that has better quality food. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend this place, the food, service and atmosphere all get 5 stars from me. Not to mention the prices are affordable and not outrageous. When a restaurant has people parked outside waiting on their orders to be ready, people sitting inside and people coming in and out picking their food up, the food is πŸ‘πŸ½

Spent $123 on 2 seafood boils. Flavor was great but halfway through I noticed straight black hair in my food. I called the restaurant and returned the food. They were busy so they quickly took the food to hide the fact I was bringing it back. Remade the order and when I got home there was multiple pieces of hair in the food that was remade.

I got it delivered. It was hot. The crab Rangoon was my favorite. The general tso was really good. It was so much food that my other family member and I were able to split it into two servings. A lot of the Chinese places unfortunately have gone downhill in Durham. So I’m glad I found my new spot. I was scared it wasn’t going to be good being I never ate here. I was wrong. I will definitely eat here again.
